Testing 1, 2, Three


Edsger W. Dijkstra (1970) has words of solace for engineers at Three, following apparent issues the network had delivering the UK Emergency Alert test:

“Program testing can be used to show the presence of bugs, but never to show their absence!”

In other words, Three’s test was successful 🙂
